4. Coordinate and perform invasive procedures such as central line insertion, intubation, and arterial line placement.
5. Monitor and manage multi-organ dysfunction and complex medical/surgical emergencies.
6. Interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and bedside investigations for timely decision-making.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgery, medicine, anesthesia, and nursing staff.
8. Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and ICU protocols.
