3. Perform advanced monitoring including hemodynamic, ventilatory, and invasive support.
4. Initiate and manage life-saving interventions such as mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and vasopressors.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, neurology, and surgery for integrated care.
6. Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
7. Handle medical emergencies and implement rapid response protocols.
8. Educate patients’ families about critical illness, prognosis, and care plans.
