2. Conduct pre-operative cardiac assessments and risk stratification.
3. Administer general and specialized cardiac anaesthesia safely.
4. Monitor patients intraoperatively using advanced haemodynamic monitoring and manage anaesthetic complications.
5. Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams for perioperative care.
6. Manage post-operative pain and haemodynamic stability in the cardiac ICU.
7. Interpret ECG, echocardiography, invasive pressure monitoring, and lab investigations for anaesthesia planning.
8. Maintain accurate anaesthesia records and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
