2. Support consultants in preoperative assessment, risk stratification, and anaesthetic planning for cardiac cases.
3. Administer and monitor general, regional, and specialized cardiac anaesthesia under supervision.
4. Manage intraoperative hemodynamics and postoperative care, including ICU and pain management.
5. Perform and interpret investigations such as echocardiography, invasive monitoring, and ABGs.
6. Counsel patients and families regarding anaesthesia risks, perioperative management, and recovery.
7. Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, critical care teams, and nursing staff.
8. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
