1. Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluation for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
2. Administer cardiac anaesthesia for procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, and interventional cardiology cases.
3. Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring including arterial lines, CVP, and TEE support.
4. Manage cardiopulmonary bypass and coordinate with perfusion and surgical teams.
5. Ensure intraoperative cardiovascular stability and optimal organ perfusion.
6. Provide post-operative care in cardiac ICU including ventilation and pain management.
7. Manage cardiac emergencies and advanced life support situations.
8. Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and critical care teams.
