Description

Review and interpret medical images, including X-rays, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, ultrasound scans, nuclear medicine scans, and mammograms, to identify abnormalities, lesions, fractures, and other pathological findings.
Utilize advanced imaging techniques and image reconstruction algorithms to enhance image quality, improve diagnostic accuracy, and visualize anatomical structures and pathological changes.
Generate detailed and accurate radiology reports summarizing imaging findings, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
Communicate imaging results promptly to referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers through electronic medical records (EMRs), dictation systems, or direct consultations to facilitate timely patient management and decision-making.
Provide real-time guidance and interpretation for image-guided procedures, including needle biopsies, image-guided injections, percutaneous drainage procedures, and minimally invasive interventions performed under fluoroscopy, ultrasound, or CT guidance.
Ensure accurate needle placement, procedural safety, and optimal patient outcomes by collaborating closely with interventional radiologists, surgeons, and procedural teams.
