Description

Diagnose and evaluate patients with neurological disorders through comprehensive medical history reviews, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests (e.g., MRI, CT scan, EEG).
Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, patient preferences, and evidence-based guidelines.
Perform surgical procedures including craniotomies, tumor resections, spinal fusions, decompressions, stereotactic neurosurgery, and minimally invasive techniques.
Utilize advanced surgical tools and technologies, such as neuro-navigation systems, microscopes, endoscopes, and intraoperative imaging, to optimize surgical outcomes.
Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, neuroradiologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide preoperative counseling and education to patients and obtain informed consent for surgical procedures.
Monitor patients' postoperative progress, manage complications, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
