Description

Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, to establish accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide primary care services, including preventive care, health maintenance, and management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, COPD, heart failure, and autoimmune disorders.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, such as laboratory tests, electrocardiograms (ECGs), X-rays, and ultrasound examinations, to aid in the diagnosis and management of medical conditions.
Prescribe medications, administer vaccinations, and recommend lifestyle modifications to optimize patient health and well-being, emphasizing preventive medicine and health promotion.
Manage acute medical conditions, including infections, injuries, and exacerbations of chronic diseases, providing timely diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate referrals when necessary.
Monitor patients' progress, response to treatment, and adherence to medication regimens, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes and minimize complications.
Provide patient education and counseling on medical conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications, empowering patients to take an active role in their healthcare.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers, including making referrals, reviewing consultation reports, and collaborating on the management of complex medical conditions to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.
