Assistant Professor-Homoeopathic

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and labs in undergraduate courses.
• Develop and update course syllabi, assignments, and learning materials.
• Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning.
• Grade assignments, exams, and provide timely feedback to students.
• Hold regular office hours to provide academic support and mentorship to students.
• Participate in curriculum development and review processes.

Research and Scholarship:

• Conduct original research in your area of expertise.
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, and other scholarly outlets.
• Secure research funding through grants and other sources.
• Collaborate with colleagues, students, and external partners on research projects.
• Present research at academic conferences and workshops.

Service to the Institution:

• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other institutional activities.
• Advise students on academic and career matters.
• Mentor graduate students and support their research efforts.
• Contribute to the academic policies and procedures.

Professional Development:

• Stay current with advancements in your field by attending conferences, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing education, certification, or training programs related to teaching and research.
• Maintain memberships in relevant professional organizations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Assist with departmental administration, including planning and organizing events, meetings, or conferences.
• Help in the recruitment of new faculty or students for the department.
• Participate in accreditation and assessment processes.
• Occasionally supervise teaching assistants, laboratory assistants, or other academic staff.
• Lecture Timings: 9 AM to 12 PM & 1 PM to 4 PM
• Lunch Break Time: 12 PM to 1 PM
• Experience: Fresher to 4 Years
