Assistant Pharmacist

• We are looking for dynamic Assistant Pharmacist to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times.
• Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards.
• Consulting prescriptions and patients.
• Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes.
• Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient.
• Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone.
• Selling OTC medicines and various offers.
• Managing of expiry medication.
• Billing process in computer software.
• Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank.
• Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required.
• Conducting accurate weekly audit process.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers.
