Description

Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to nursing staff, including charge nurses, staff nurses, and nursing assistants.
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support nursing staff in their professional development, performance improvement, and continuing education endeavors.
Assist in coordinating patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and patient safety programs to enhance the quality and safety of patient care delivery.
Monitor nursing practices, patient outcomes, and compliance with regulatory standards, assisting in implementing corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies.
