- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Help patients with mobility, positioning, and ambulation as needed, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering a caring and supportive environment.
