Description

Supporting R&D for the development of the processes feasible to execute at the manufacturing facility.
Transfer of either upstream (adherent/suspension cell culture) or downstream unit operations (clarification, chromatography and UFDF) from small scale to the large scale.
Prepare technology transfer documents to support scale-up campaigns
Prepare cGMP document such as SOPs, URS, Risk Assessment, Validation documents and Batch Manufacturing Records.
Assist team lead in identifying the limitations and involve regularly with the R&D team during the development of the process.
Identifying the right resources such as material and consumables and suitable vendors for the manufacturing batches.
Maintaining the inventory of raw materials and other resources required for the execution of the manufacturing campaigns.
Collating the requisites of RFPs and communicating across the stakeholders of the department
Active involvement in implementation of regulatory and safety compliance programs and best practices.
Good in quality documentation and communication.
Possess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
