Job Description
- Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote hospital services / products / brands to doctors, corporates, and clients.
- Generate new business leads and referral networks.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Organize marketing events, health camps, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for online promotions.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and guide sales executives / marketing officers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle corporate tie-ups, insurance & TPA coordination (if required).
- Support branding initiatives and brand visibility.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor coordination.
