Assistant Manager - RLD/Comparator Drug Global Sourcing

Job Overview:

As the Senior Executive /AM – Global Sourcing, you will play a pivotal role in executing and shaping the company's aggressive growth oriented Sourcing/Procurement strategy.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Sourcing of RLD/Comparator drugs for the global market.
• Maintain existing suppliers and add new suppliers across global target market.
• To coordinate and manage with Internal Team to ensure timely completion of tasks at hand.
• Review weekly progress of sourcing plan vs actual and devise tactics to ensure no gap in monthly achievement.
• Responsible for negotiating contracts for sales/purchases and managing, renewing and reviewing contracts as required enabling effective trading, operations, and customer/supplier relations.
• Build good rapport with the Key Suppliers across the globe.
• Manage/liaise with facility team members on inventory levels, stock control, warehousing and distribution activities etc.
• Proactively identify 3PL service providers in targeted markets and conduct meetings for finalization of service agreements requirement.
• Coordinate with logistics team and oversee that committed TAT is achieved and work on reducing freight related expenses , create new partnerships with FF & CHA's.
• Maintain monthly MIS & work with documentation team for day to day operations, archiving of all invoices wrt each transactions.
