Job Description

  1. Supervise day-to-day QA/QC operations in production and laboratory.
  2. Review and approve SOPs, protocols, BMRs, QC reports.
  3. Handle deviation, CAPA, change control & OOS/OOT investigations.
  4. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP & regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
  6. Coordinate with QC, Production, R&D & Regulatory Affairs for quality-related activities.
  7. Monitor quality KPIs, trends & process improvements.
  8. Train and mentor junior quality staff.
  9. Ensure documentation control and data integrity.
  10. Support vendor audits, supplier qualification & risk assessment.
