Description

Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
Perform routine microbiological analyses, including sterility, endotoxin, and microbial limits testing.
Monitor and maintain microbiological control in production and laboratory environments to prevent contamination.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment used in microbiological testing, ensuring proper functioning.
Prepare and review microbiological reports, documenting test results and deviations from quality standards.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other regulatory guidelines for microbiological testing.
Investigate and report any microbiological deviations, non-conformities, and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure that microbiological standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Manage and maintain microbiological control programs, including environmental monitoring and validation.
Stay updated on the latest microbiological testing methods, techniques, and industry regulations.
