Description

  1. Oversee implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards (ISO, GMP, etc.), and company policies.
  3. Develop, review, and approve QMS documents including SOPs, policies, and manuals.
  4. Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate and support external audits and inspections.
  5. Manage deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk management activities.
  6. Monitor QMS performance metrics and prepare management review reports.
  7. Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on QMS requirements.
  8. Ensure document control and records management as per QMS standards.
