<ul><li>Ensure compliance of all manufacturing processes with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Review, approve, and release Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).</li><li>Monitor deviations, CAPA, change controls, and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Lead internal audits, regulatory inspections, and ensure closure of audit observations.</li><li>Supervise QA team and provide guidance on GMP, documentation, and quality practices.</li><li>Support validation, qualification, and calibration activities for equipment and processes.</li><li>Maintain QA documentation, records, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QC, and other departments to ensure product quality and compliance.</li><li>Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.</li></ul>
