Description

  • Assist the QA Manager in managing and overseeing the Quality Assurance department.
  • Lead and supervise the QA team to ensure smooth execution of quality control processes.
  • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to QA staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control system and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure that all procedures, processes, and documentation are in compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to assess product quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented where non-conformities are identified during audits or inspections.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) and drive improvement actions to achieve quality objectives.
