Description

  • Assist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality management systems, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to track trends, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, procurement, and customer service, to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective measures in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and consistency of incoming materials and components used in production or service delivery.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence and accountability.
  • Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management (TQM), to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
