Job Description
- Manage end-to-end RCM operations from patient registration to final payment.
- Oversee coding, billing, claims submission, and collections.
- Ensure accurate charge capture and compliance with payer guidelines.
- Handle insurance/TPA coordination, pre-authorizations, and claim approvals.
- Monitor denials, rejections, and AR aging; implement corrective actions.
- Analyze revenue trends and identify revenue leakage opportunities.
- Prepare and review RCM MIS, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards, payer contracts, and SOPs.
- Lead, train, and mentor RCM, billing, and AR teams.
- Coordinate with clinical, billing, finance, and front office departments.
- Support internal/external audits and management reviews.
