Assistant Manager / Manager - Corporate Project

1. Observe operations functions and identify bottlenecks/ challenges.

2. Suggest process improvements to streamline operations and enhance patient experience.

3. Implement re-designed processes and ensure benchmarks are achieved in performance metrics.

4. Train, support and guide unit operations teams to align with defined processes.

5. Collect and report data for hospital MIS parameters. 

6. Periodically review MIS parameters to ensure sustained performance of the unit.
