Description

  • Oversee insurance-related activities, including policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service, to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Review insurance policies, coverage limits, and premiums to recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions to clients and policyholders.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, underwriters, and agents to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and optimize insurance coverage for clients.
  • Provide assistance and support to ECHS beneficiaries, including ex-servicemen and their dependents, in accessing healthcare services and benefits under the ECHS program.
  • Assist in the enrolment and registration of eligible beneficiaries into the ECHS system, ensuring accurate documentation and verification of entitlements.
  • Liaise with ECHS empanelled hospitals, medical facilities, and service providers to facilitate referrals, appointments, and reimbursement claims for ECHS beneficiaries.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, generating reports, and coordinating meetings, to support the efficient operation of the Insurance and ECHS departments.
  • Handle inquiries, correspondence, and requests from clients, beneficiaries, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
