Description
- Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and plan recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed.
