Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, board of directors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements applicable to the industry and jurisdiction.
- Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
