Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budgeted targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Support external audits by providing audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and facilitating audit procedures.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements, and recommend strategies to optimize cash management and liquidity.
