Description
- Ensuring books closure by 5th of every month.
- Recording Inventory, consumption and reconciliation of HIS (operation) data to books.
- Timely payments to vendors and doctors.
- Keeping complete track of capital expenditure transactions till capitalization and recording depreciation with support of workings.
- Review of Bank reconciliation statement and computation of accrued interest on term deposits.
- Monthly Cash flow reporting for MIS purpose.
- Review of audit schedules of all areas and preparation of Standalone financial statements of the company and its subsidiary for the purpose of Statutory audit and Tax audit.
- Preparation of Consolidated financial statements and review of relevant audit schedules.
- Computation of Income tax and deferred tax workings and filing of relevant returns / forms under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Proper deduction of the TDS on various payments and timely remittance of the same.
- Computation of GST liability and filing of various returns of GST including Annual returns.
