Description

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage F&B inventory, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control, to minimize waste, optimize costs, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and seasonal offerings that meet guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Oversee the setup and execution of F&B events, functions, and promotions, coordinating with other departments and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes and exceed guest expectations.
  • Implement and enforce F&B policies, procedures, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company standards.
  • Monitor F&B sales, revenue, and profitability, analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster a positive work culture and team environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among F&B staff and other departments.
