Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise and train F&B staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and manage F&B inventory, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control, to minimize waste, optimize costs, and maintain adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and seasonal offerings that meet guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Oversee the setup and execution of F&B events, functions, and promotions, coordinating with other departments and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes and exceed guest expectations.
Implement and enforce F&B policies, procedures, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company standards.
