Description
- Build and nurture strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, serving as a primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate regular communication channels, including meetings, newsletters, and updates, to keep physicians informed about organizational developments, services, and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between medical staff and administration to address concerns, facilitate collaboration, and promote a positive working environment.
- Assist with physician recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating site visits.
- Support the onboarding process for new physicians, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to facilitate credentialing, orientation, and training for new medical staff.
- Develop strategies and programs to enhance physician engagement and satisfaction with the organization.
- Gather feedback from physicians through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to identify areas for improvement and address concerns.
