Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and informed about opportunities.
  • Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and provide support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices.
