Description

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and informed about opportunities.
Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and provide support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
Work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices.
