Description

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including analyzing financial statements, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management.
Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash balances to ensure liquidity needs are met while optimizing investment opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability through cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide support during financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of audit deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and improve finance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Provide leadership and support to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management, contributing financial expertise and insights.
