<ol><li data-list="bullet">Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students core concepts in General Surgery.</li><li data-list="bullet">Conduct lectures, clinical demonstrations, case discussions, and skill-based training sessions.</li><li data-list="bullet">Supervise inpatient and outpatient surgical services, including emergency and trauma care.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist in performing surgical procedures and guide students during OT postings.</li><li data-list="bullet">Conduct ward rounds, pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Mentor students in clinical decision-making, surgical techniques, and patient management.</li><li data-list="bullet">Participate in research activities and publish papers in reputed scientific journals.</li><li data-list="bullet">Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning for surgical training.</li></ol>
