<ul><li>Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for all equipment and utilities.</li><li>Lead a team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth plant operations.</li><li>Minimize equipment breakdowns and optimize machine availability and performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, GMP, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments for timely maintenance interventions.</li><li>Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and downtime analysis.</li><li>Identify root causes of recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul>
