Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and service inquiries from customers within the assigned area.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests, assess technical issues, and provide solutions or recommendations to resolve problems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company products and equipment installed at customer sites.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper installation and configuration according to specifications.
- Provide training to customers on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
