  • Job Description: Area Sales Manager (General Segment)
  • CTC: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
  • Age Limit: Below 39 Years
  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives in the General Segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth market knowledge, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs)
  • Plan and implement effective field strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory
  • Conduct regular fieldwork and joint calls with MRs
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, stockists, and distributors
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting systems
  • Manage POB (Product Order Booking) and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any relevant field
  • Strong understanding of General Segment and Ernakulam territory
  • Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Preference to candidates from reputed pharma companies (Cipla, Mankind, Alkem, etc.)
