- Job Description: Area Sales Manager (General Segment)
- CTC: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
- Age Limit: Below 39 Years
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives in the General Segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth market knowledge, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Plan and implement effective field strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular fieldwork and joint calls with MRs
- Build strong relationships with doctors, stockists, and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting systems
- Manage POB (Product Order Booking) and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any relevant field
- Strong understanding of General Segment and Ernakulam territory
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Preference to candidates from reputed pharma companies (Cipla, Mankind, Alkem, etc.)
