  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the region’s sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and skill development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area to expand the customer base.
