Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the region’s sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and skill development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, distributors, and retailers to enhance business relationships and maximize sales.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
