Description
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve area sales targets in alignment with the regional goals.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to explore growth opportunities.
- Focus on expanding the customer base and increasing the penetration of products/services within the area.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to deliver high performance.
