Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to penetrate target markets, industries, and customer segments within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, key accounts, and growth potential to maximize revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and negotiations to address customer needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
