Description

  • Drive the sales team to Achievement of Sales Targets.
  • Review activities, sales, and other parameters with respect to KRAs of Medical Representatives to ensure that it is achieved within the defined timeframe.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company sales and marketing policies and strategies to meet the objective.
  • Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs.
  • Facilitate and develop strong relationships with Doctors, stockiest, chemists, trade partners, other associations, and key influencers of his / her zone.
  • Ensure the region's development as a profit Centre by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team.
  • Periodic sales targets review and address the shortfall in achieving these targets and take corrective action.
  • To recruit, train and develop the reporting teams.
