Description
- Provide Medical Laboratory Diagnostic information to the clients, hospitals, labs etc.
- Arranging appointments with doctors hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
- Contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, providing them the test menu which they want, promote new test services (rather than those of competitors) can best satisfy those needs; closing the sale by agreeingthe terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service.
- Reporting information back to head office about customer needs and resolving customer complaints.
- Collect competition data in terms of sales, customer, marketing strategy and present to superior.
