  • New Product Sales Achievement.
  • Provides market data / intelligence to PMT (Pre-Launch).
  • Identify and Prepares the Customer List for Launch Product based on RCPA.
  • Trains the team on Marketing communication.
  • Ensures follow up and provides feedback to PMT on Post launch of Products.
  • Ensures achievement of budget of his team.
  • Field Activities - In order to ensure right frequency of interaction with customers and implement business strategies continuously.
  • Call Coverage (CC).
  • Self-Call Coverage.
  • Core call coverage.
  • CRM/ CME Activities.
  • ROI on CRM investment.
  • Directly responsible for sales from 50 CRM customers.
  • People Development - In order to ensure competent people go to meet customers and help build organizational capability.
  • Inventory Management at Stockist level.
