- Sales ACHIEVEMENT - In order to achieve the business objectives of the whole region.
- Plan for business achievement through:
- Ensuring budget achievement:
- Therapy wise
- Product wise
- Brand wise
- Understanding customer needs and effective execution of processes (RCPA, Doctor Call, Doctor Coverage, CRM, Strategy Implementation etc).
- New Product Sales Achievement.
- Provides market data / intelligence to PMT (Pre-Launch).
- Identify and Prepares the Customer List for Launch Product based on RCPA.
- Trains the team on Marketing communication.
- Ensures follow up and provides feedback to PMT on Post launch of Products.
- Ensures achievement of budget of his team.
- Field Activities - In order to ensure right frequency of interaction with customers and implement business strategies continuously.
- Call Coverage (CC).
- Self-Call Coverage.
- Core call coverage.
- CRM/ CME Activities.
- ROI on CRM investment.
- Directly responsible for sales from 50 CRM customers.
- People Development - In order to ensure competent people go to meet customers and help build organizational capability.
- Inventory Management at Stockist level.
