  • Promotion & Sales of Company's products in the area allotted to you so as to achieve or exceed the target.
  • Target will be the sum total of the targets of Territory Managers under you.
  • Productivity, development and discipline of your team of Territory Managers.
  • Monitor the efforts of Territory Managers with specific focus on ensuring Dr. Call Average of 10 and minimum 95% MCL coverage & 95% coverage of KOLs in each territory.
  • Develop own KOL / KBL and ensure excellent Rx business and ROI.
  • Business prospecting to expand the business of the Company and safeguard Company's business interest in the area.
  • You will be supervising the activities of your Territory Managers based in your area.
