Research and Development: Conduct research and development of analytical methods to support the testing and quality control of products, ensuring they meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, and regulatory affairs, to support product development and testing.
Compliance: Ensure all research and testing activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in analytical chemistry to continuously improve the R&D processes.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on research findings, testing outcomes, and any deviations from expected results for internal and regulatory review.
