Job Description

  1. Handle accounts receivable process including invoicing and collections.
  2. Follow up with customers for timely payment realization.
  3. Maintain AR aging reports and track outstanding balances.
  4. Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Coordinate with sales and finance teams on billing issues.
  6. Ensure proper accounting entries as per company policy.
  7. Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance support.
  8. Prepare MIS reports for management review.
  9. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  10. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
