Job Description
- Follow up on unpaid and underpaid insurance claims.
- Analyze AR aging and identify revenue leakage.
- Work on denials, rejections & payment variances.
- Check claim status with insurance companies.
- Prepare and submit appeals with proper documentation.
- Ensure timely reimbursement as per payer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate AR records and daily productivity reports.
- Coordinate with billing, coding & front-office teams.
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and payer policies.
