<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of oncology-related APIs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li><li>Ensure batch production processes meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Monitor production schedules to meet targets and delivery timelines.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the yield of API production.</li><li>Implement technological advancements or improvements in the production line to enhance product quality.</li><li>Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO).</li><li>Ensure the manufacturing environment meets strict oncology API production requirements, including sterile conditions.</li></ul>
