• Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiologist to join our leading hospital in Kushinagar Uttar Pradesh.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing anesthesia services and perioperative care to patients.
• Ensuring their safety and comfort during surgical and other medical procedures.
• The role requires expertise in anesthesia techniques, patient management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients during surgical and medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform preoperative evaluations and consultations to assess patients’ medical history and anesthesia risks.
• Monitor patients during procedures to maintain optimal vital signs and manage any complications.
• Develop and implement perioperative care plans in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide pain management and critical care services as needed.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior medical staff, nurses, and other team members.
• Stay updated on advancements in anesthesiology and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with specialization in Anesthesiology (DM or equivalent).
• Valid medical license to practice anesthesiology.
• Proficiency in various anesthetic techniques, including general, regional, and local anesthesia.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Salary: As per the experience (negotiable)
• Schedule: Rotational shift

• Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
