Description

Prepare and set up anesthesia equipment and supplies before surgical procedures, including anesthesia machines, monitors, and other related devices.
Perform routine checks and calibrations on anesthesia equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain anesthesia equipment and accessories, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
Assist anesthesiologists during the induction, maintenance, and emergence phases of anesthesia administration.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthetic levels during procedures, reporting any changes or concerns to the anesthesiologist.
Provide support in administering anesthetic agents and adjusting equipment settings as directed by the anesthesiologist.
Monitor patients' responses to anesthesia, including vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition, throughout the surgical procedure.
Assist with positioning patients for surgery and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Respond promptly to any adverse reactions or emergencies related to anesthesia, including initiating life-saving measures if necessary.
